HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER
You will receive the tracking details via text message after we dispatch your order from our warehouse/workshop.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for dispatch. Online Paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER BUT THE TRACKING INFORMATION IS NOT MOVING/GETTING UPDATED SINCE 2 OR MORE DAYS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your package has not been shipped, you can Email us your updated shipping address so we can update it in our system.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and is correct.
Use correct abbreviations and have spaced entered properly. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

All charges on bibelot.in are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
MY PAYMENT GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT/WALLET BUT MY ORDER DIDN'T GET CONFIRMED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
This usually happens when we are not able to capture your payment, in such cases your money will get reversed to your account with 2-3 working days.

WHAT IS 925 STERLING SILVER?
925 Sterling Silver is 92.5% pure silver mixed with 7.5% alloy as per market standards.
Purest form of silver which can be used to make sturdy jewelry as 100% is very soft to make the same.
So we mix 7.5% non-allergic alloy to make it hard enough for manufacturing.
It never tarnish or turns black.
Can become pale or light yellow after few years of use.
Can loose its shine by daily use.
JEWELLERY CARE TIPS
Keep the product in a cool, dry place. Avoid keeping the product in direct sunlight for long hours. Store the product in a zip lock when not in use. Avoid bringing it in contact with sweat, perfume, moisturizer or any other source of moisture.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as customized products we only exchange them if you received a damaged product.
